Liquor licensing requirement as we are a licensed Members; CLUB not a hotel
so you do need to become a member, I can give you temporary membership for
up to 2 visits but after that, you’ll need to join.
Do I have to be a member to come into the venue?
No, but you will need to sign in.
I’m a member at another Victorian RSL – will my card work in your premises?
Yes unless you are a member of Box Hill RSL
I’m from NSW/SA/Qld – will my RSL card work?
No – only Victorian participating RSL’s using the Rewards card
I’m a Leagues Club (or other type club) can I use my card here?
Do I have to be an ex service person to come into the venue?
No, not at all, everyone is welcome.

How do I become a member?
Simply complete this application form and I will join you up now, and can print
your membership card now so you can use it straight away.
How much does membership cost?
$30 for social membership and $25 for Service and Affiliate memberships for 12
months or you can join for three years – quite a saving to be made – $75 Social
and $60 for Affiliate and Service members.
When do I need to renew my membership?
31st December each year.
What are RSL Rewards points and can I use the rewards points for?
For every dollar you spend, you earn 2 rewards points. You can put them towards
paying for your meals and drinks or you can shop at our on line shop –
rslrewards.com.au. You can also use your points to pay for your membership,
or donate them to our ANZAC and Remembrance Day appeals.
What is Joey’s Kids Club and how do I join my kids or grandkids?
An exclusive kids club for our members children or grandchildren – it’s free to
join and they get big discounts to special events, meal deals during holidays and a
birthday card from Joey. Conditions apply. Ideal for kids 5 to 12 years.
What is RSL Rewards Plus membership?
This gives you the chance to earn more rewards points each time you play. One
point for every $10 in gaming turnover. These points can be used for purchasing meals or
beverages and you use your existing RSL membership card. You earn the points by placing
your card into the gaming machine.
Why do you swipe your membership card at the booth?
Swipe your card to receive an entry into our monthly $50 venue voucher
competition. You may also win other prizes including wine, additional points,
buy one get one free offers.
How do I get cash out ?
Pop over the ATM and the concierge or cashier will push the button to commence.
I’m a local – do I have to book?
Yes – we are unable to reserve tables for locals only. You can book on line or call us early.
Are you open on Xmas Day?
No – we like to spend Xmas Day with our families too.
What are your opening hours over the holidays?
Boxing Day – from noon onwards; all public holidays from noon onwards;
Monday to Saturday from 9am and Sunday from 10am
Do you cater for vegetarians/vegans?
Yes, we have dishes available – just let our staff know before ordering
Do you cater for gluten free diets?
Yes, nearly all our meals are available gluten free – even our gravies are gluten

Yes we do – please let us know if your child has any allergies

We have a bus for our members which runs every Friday from 4.30pm –
bookings are essential

Neat casual – no singlets or headwear unless for religious reasons and no bare
