We cater for “all of life’s occasions” – from christenings to engagements, to reunions and birthday parties, wakes to seminars, expos to exhibitions and conferences.
At PI Events, we want to make your special occasion memorable for all the right reasons and with our professional team of staff, who pride themselves on flawless service and exceptional food, we can effortlessly cater to your specific needs.
We have one main function room and an enclosed deck area which are available for functions.
1. ANZAC Room – Phillip Island RSL
- The ANZAC Room 100 people Seated or 200 standing cocktail style – Stylish surrounds complimented by an al fresco area.
2. The Terrace- Lone Pine Bistro at Phillip Island RSL
This is adjacent to the Bistro and is an L shaped space. The foot of the L is ideal for a seated function for 20 to 25 people whilst the main space is ideal for a cocktail party, overlooking the gardens. It has heating for winter and the blinds can be rolled up in summer.
Function packages are available upon request.
The Phillip Island RSL’s main function room, ANZAC Room, can be configured in a number of ways including theatre style (up to 120 people), seated (100 people) or U shape ( 20-30 people) for either a full day or half day. A data projector, laptop, lectern and microphone is included with the room hire.
Location, modern facilities and professionalism make it the perfect venue for a wake of all sizes.
Our professional and friendly staff will ensure your family’s wishes are met with discretion, sensitivity and flexibility. Eliminate the stress of organizing your post funeral gathering and let our experienced staff take care of everything.
$15 per person – sandwiches, cakes and slices/biscuits, tea and coffee
$18 per person – sandwiches, cakes and slices/biscuits; party pies, sausage rolls, mini quiches, spring rolls, dim sims, tea and coffee
Social and Affiliate members receive a 10% discount; Service members receive a 20% discount
Non members – room hire applies
Our Boardroom is tastefully decorated and seats up to 14 Delegates, with the latest in audio visual equipment to make your meeting a success. Private Boardroom dinners are also available upon application. We design the menu with matching wines to suit your palate.
Bus groups are very welcome at Phillip Island RSL’s Lone Pine Bistro.

Our Executive Chef caters for all styles of functions and has an impressive range of menu selections available. From sumptuous cocktail and finger food to an elegant three course meal, your personal selection will be carefully prepared to provide you and your guests with only the best in quality and presentation and are more than happy to accommodate special requests or specific dietary requirements.
