Baby spinach salad with candied pecan, semi dried tomato, red onion and goat’s cheese tossed in honey mustard and sweet sherry vinaigrette

Baked brie cheese wrapped in filo pastry with roasted garlic and cranberry served on wild rocket with sweet red pepper jam

Mains:

200 gm grass fed Gippsland porterhouse steak topped with your choice of 3 x Oysters Kilpatrick or
3 x  garlic cream prawns served with Idaho potato, sour cream and chives, steamed
broccolini and honey

Or

Free range chicken breast fillet pocketed with smoked salmon and asparagus wrapped in filo pastry served with a lemon myrtle cream sauce and scallop potato and baby corn

Or

Linguini pasta with forest mushrooms, avocado, sun dried tomato and red onion in a light creamy pesto sauce
